We analyse whether you need to conduct a public procurement or purchasing procedure, or whether the obligation to run a procurement applies and to what extent. QUU helps you choose the appropriate procurement format (a procedure in the public procurement register or a purchasing procedure) and prepares all necessary documents (procurement terms, procurement notice, tender forms, evaluation criteria, etc.); we manage the entire procurement process, including notifications, responses to questions, and deadline management; we advise on tender evaluation and help prepare evaluation and selection reports; where necessary, we communicate with the implementing agency on your behalf and assist with reporting; and we advise on document retention and preparation for supervision.
